The concept is positioned between the fine-dining and casual franchises, with a menu emphasis on food that is fresh, made-to-order and made using authentic European cooking methods.

Our subtitle "Asiago Crusted Tilapia", "Madrid Stew" or "Gorgonzola Crusted Beef Tenderloin" is appropriate in that much of the cooking is done in an old country fire oven and open flame grills.
